Can't think of any hotel in the city centre with nice view of the skyline. Buildings are close to each other and about the same height so they block each other.

If you want twin tower view than, like PaperScissorsStone said, traders is the way to go. I think park view corner room should do the trick.

Gardens hotel has rooms with view of the twin towers and view of the city skyline BUT it's so far that you only make out the twin towers.
